Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Egypt only. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future — check back for updates.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate of 60 EGP, calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any current shipping promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly shown in your cart.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. You can pay in cash to our courier when your order arrives. COD orders may be subject to the same processing and delivery times as prepaid orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before shipment.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and make it right.
