A milky toner from Medicube's PDRN Pink line that combines 5% niacinamide with salmon-derived PDRN, peptides and a ceramide complex. Niacinamide works on a more even, brighter-looking tone, PDRN and ceramides support elasticity and a healthy glow, and the ceramides help protect against moisture loss. It's a first hydrating layer after cleansing that leaves skin looking plump.
