A lightweight, watery toner from SKIN1004's Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening line. It combines centella, niacinamide, a vitamin C derivative (3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid) and Madewhite™ (madecassoside) with a four-fruit complex of papaya, apple, plum and grape, to brighten, reduce dullness and gently exfoliate.
