In a 4-week study on 20 adults by Dermacosmetic Skin Science Lab in Korea (3 May to 30 June 2025), COSRX reports radiance up 34.81%, pigmentation area down 17.43% and pore volume down 38.15%. Results vary.

How to use
- After cleansing and toning, apply 2–3 drops to the whole face.
- Pat gently to help it absorb.
- Follow with moisturizer, and SPF during the day.
- After opening, replace the cap with the dropper and store it in the fridge.
Cautions
For external use only. Avoid the eyes. Patch test first, especially if you're new to strong vitamin C. Stop using it if irritation occurs. COSRX recommends not using it alongside copper peptide products or other high-strength actives such as retinol; use them at different times of day. Keep refrigerated at 3–10°C. Shelf life is 24 months from manufacture, or 2 months after opening. Keep out of reach of children.

Why does it need to be refrigerated?
Pure vitamin C breaks down with heat and air. COSRX asks you to keep it at 3–10°C and use it within 2 months of opening, which matters even more in Egypt's heat.
Is 23% too strong for beginners?
COSRX describes it as ideal for experienced vitamin C users. If you're new to vitamin C, start every other day and patch test first.
Can I use it with niacinamide or retinol?
It already contains niacinamide. Keep retinol and copper peptides for a different time of day, as COSRX recommends.
