A brightening serum from Medicube with kojic acid, turmeric root extract, niacinamide and vitamin E, held in micro-capsules that release on contact with the skin. It's made to fade the look of dark spots and hyperpigmentation, brighten overall tone, soothe irritation and support the moisture barrier. Medicube reports that, in testing by the Global Institute of Dermatological Sciences, the skin's moisture barrier improved by 11.55%, brightness by 5.79% and redness dropped by 2.84%. The number of testers and test dates are not published, and results vary.
Good for: combination, dry, oily and sensitive skin according to Medicube, and especially dark spots, post-acne marks and uneven tone.

How to use
- After cleansing and toner, apply a few drops.
- Pat it evenly onto the skin until absorbed. There's no need to break the capsules first.
- Use it in the evening at first, 2–3 times a week, and increase gradually if your skin is comfortable.
- Follow with moisturizer, and wear sunscreen the next morning.
Cautions
For external use only. Avoid the eyes. Patch test first if your skin is sensitive. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Contains a small amount of glycolic acid and hinoki (Chamaecyparis obtusa) wood oil. Use sunscreen daily while treating dark spots. Keep out of reach of children.

Kojic acid is a well-known brightening ingredient used for the look of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Here it's paired with niacinamide and turmeric.
Can I use it with other brightening serums?
Start with this one on its own. Once your skin is used to it, you can alternate it with another brightener, such as the Anua Niacinamide 10 TXA 4 Serum, on different nights.
